Scott Elves, Manager


Scott returns to IMC after what he fondly refers to as a "Tour of Duty" at Great White Dental Lab; where he held the position of Interim General Manager. Scott's presence at Great White was instrumental in refining the key production process' at Great White, improving safety as well as providing for a smooth transition to the current management team.
Scott began his career as a delivery driver at IDL in 1985 and with the exception of a 5-year period from 1995-2000 when he operated his own lab; has held positions of increasing responsibility in Issaquah so that he is now a true all-rounder capable of handling almost any management position in the lab. His experience spans from technical through managerial.
As IMC Manager, Scott is responsible for daily production, hiring and training needs at the milling center. His primary focus is to provide quality and dependable service to the Novadent group of labs, as well as all the independent labs that utilize our milled outsourcing services. Consistent with our mission and core values, the goal of IMC is "to be recognized as the go-to laboratories for dentists seeking the best options for patients requiring more complex implant and restorative procedures from single unit to full mouth restoration". By focusing on the customer (our sister labs and the dentists who use them), IMC will strive to "surpass expectations in quality, innovation and value, while providing the best of technology and a personal touch".
Scott is a native to Issaquah and is pleased to be home on a full time basis. He has been married to Christy for 20 years and has 3 daughters, Jamie , Greta , and Elsa.
